We ship from various warehouse based on order location and availability.
Is my shipped order trackable?
Yes. A tracking number will be sent to you from carrier within 2 hours after your order is shipped.

What is the return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not,
please contact us to return or exchange the item within 15 days of receipt
of your purchase. Item must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition,
and in its original packaging. A credit or refund will be issued upon our
receipt of the item less any return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 15%
will be applied.
Do you have a retail location?
Local pickup is welcome in our fremont retail location, California. Cash payment is required.
